We live in a digital age, where technology and connectivity have become fundamental parts of our lives . While this has brought with it numerous benefits, it has also given rise to wellness concerns . In this article we are going to tell you what digital well-being is, why it is important and how we can maintain a healthy balance in the digital age . What is digital well-being? Digital well-being refers to a person's state of physical and mental health in relation to their use of technology and digital devices . It is about finding a healthy balance between technology and daily life , avoiding the negative effects of excessive or unhealthy use of electronic devices, social networks and other digital technologies.
