GIG has a relatively young group of members
I want to face both members and customers head-on. -Are there any things you should be careful about when interacting with members of your business department? I want to be a person who can face the members of the division head-on. We believe that everything is about "people," including the members who run Workship, the freelancers and side-jobs who use it, and the companies. Whether it's a member or a customer, I value being close to what the person wants to do, solving problems together, and doing what I can to the best of my ability.―Was there anything that made you happy as a business manager? This is when freelancers and side-job users and companies were able to connect through Workship. We are even more happy when people actually use the services we have created with Special Data confidence, and when both the freelance and corporate sides move in a better direction. I've been a member since the release of Workship, so I'm very happy. -Have you ever had any difficulties? As a so-called insider, I want to grow the service without being bound by the bias of ``developer's perspective'' or ``operator's perspective.'' We all have a common goal of ``we want to provide even better services,'' but the issues faced by operators are different from the issues faced by customers.

If you only solve problems from the operator's perspective, you won't be able to create a service that is truly easy for customers to use. As I mentioned at the beginning, we are constantly thinking about creating an environment that allows us to go back to the basics, listen to the voices of our customers, and conduct development from a flat perspective. One step ahead of “full stack engineer” - so please let us know if you have any ideas for management. The idea is to keep information within the team as open as possible. We are working to visualize information so that team members can understand the meaning and background of why we are doing this project.
